Fall Must-Have: Levi’s Sweet Pumpkin Pie Sauce
The only pumpkin syrup sauce you'll ever need to make your morning coffee a little sweeter this fall.
Description: Similar to a fudge sauce, this pumpkin treat is sweet and packed with fall themed flavors.
Levi couldn’t wait another moment to step into this little world of his, and our hearts couldn’t be fuller. With fall in the air, our sweet boy is now ready to enjoy those crisp, cool walks among golden leaves, the rich reds and oranges of autumn, and, of course, the timeless symbol of fall—pumpkins.
As a heartfelt thank you to all who have blessed our family, Rob, Levi, and I want to share something special:
Levi’s Sweet Pumpkin Pie Sauce.
This spice-packed treat is perfect for drizzling into your morning coffee, spooning over creamy vanilla ice cream, added to your morning oatmeal, or, if you’re like us, sneaking a spoonful to satisfy that sweet autumn craving. Think of it like pumpkin syrup, but with a rich twist — thanks to the coconut milk. And, it actually has pumpkin in it compared to many pumpkin pie syrup recipes.
Now, I’m no master chef (and you’ll rarely catch me confidently manning a stove), but I am a lover of all things fall, a devoted pumpkin fan, and an enthusiastic connoisseur of warm spices. After much tinkering and tasting, this is my Rigby Approved recipe, lovingly dedicated to the arrival of our little pumpkin, Levi.
We hope this sweet treat brings a little extra warmth and joy to your home this fall season. Enjoy!

Levi’s Sweet Pumpkin Pie Sauce
Ingredients
1 Can of coconut milk
4 Heaping tbs of pumpkin purée
1 Cup of brown sugar
1 Tsp cinnamon
1 Tsp nutmeg
1/2 Tsp ground ginger
1/2 Tsp of clove
Splash of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Directions
Combine all BUT the vanilla extract and salt in a pot over medium to high heat. Stir occasionally, paying attention to the bottom of the pot, to prevent caramelization of mixture on the bottom and sides.
Once boiling, reduce to a simmer and still occasionally for 15 minutes.
Immediately pour out of the pot and into a mason jar or other container. Mix in vanilla and salt (tip: it is easier to mix the final two ingredients in a wide necked vessel.)
Let sauce come to room temperature before refrigerating.
Et voila! A scrumptious fall worthy sauce to add to your coffee, ice cream, and more!
